These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-message program operated by The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society that include appointment reminders and account verification codes (2FA / one-time passcodes).
Sample messages:
"The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society: Your login verification code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."
"The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society: Reminder — your appointment is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services. You may also be sent a one-time passcode when you enable two-factor authentication on your account.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — for example, how often you log in (2FA codes) and how many events or appointments you register for (reminders). You will only receive messages related to the categories described above.
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent through your wireless carrier and are subject to the terms of your mobile plan. The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society does not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message that identifies The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society and confirms that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages, unless you opt in again. Sample opt-out confirmation: "The Auxiliary to the Lancaster County Dental Society: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply HELP for help." Note that opting out of texts may disable text-based two-factor codes; you can still use alternative login/verification methods.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
